Shipping

We ship via Royal Mail 2nd Class for packages up to 2kg and Parcelforce Express 48 for those above 2kg and up to 30kg.

Shipping costs are £3 for orders up to 2kg & £6.95 for orders of up to 28kg.

There is FREE delivery on all orders over £50 within the UK. ROI Orders get FREE delivery on all order over €60.

Returns & Refunds

With excellent customer service being a key part of our business, Happy Pets are pleased to offer you a 30 day returns policy.

Should you wish to return an item bought from us, we will be happy to refund you for the product, provided (in the case of any non-defective products) that it is in its original condition and it has not been unnecessarily handled. Please note that all product packaging must be included in the return and be intact, as per the time of purchase. If the product returned has been unnecessarily handled, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

We are unable to accept returns of the following products:

  • Personalised products
  • Made-to-measure products
  • Items brought in specifically at the request of the customer
  • Veterinary medicines including flea treatments & wormers
  • Used food

To be eligible for refund, all returned items must arrive back to Happy Pets within 30 days of you receiving your order. 

Returning Unwanted Items

You can request to return unwanted items that you no longer require up to 14 days from the purchase date.

We require that any items that you are to return are in an unused condition in their original packaging, complete with your order confirmation and picking slip.

To return the item, contact our Customer Service team by clicking here and tell us why you would like to return the item.

Once confirmed by us, you can then send the goods for return to Happy Pets, The Retreat, 14 Ashfield Terrace, Omagh, Co. Tyrone, Northern Ireland, BT78 5ES. Alternatively, we can arrange collection for you, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. Once the item is received and inspected by us, we will issue you with a refund for the value of the item provided the items are in their original condition. Please note if free shipping was included in your order and you have returned the item(s) to us yourself, a delivery cost of £TBC will be deducted from your refund.

If shipping was paid on your delivery, we are unable to refund the original shipping cost.

We recommend that any goods returned to us are sent on a recorded delivery service. Please retail your proof of delivery from your courier.

Damaged or Incorrect Item Returns

Occasionally things can go wrong and we send out the wrong items or parcels get damaged by our lovely couriers. Please report the incorrect or damaged items to our customer services team within 48 hours of receiving your items. You can contact us by clicking here.

We may request photographic evidence of any damaged goods in respect of your claim. We will then arrange for the damaged item to be collected from you and subsequently for a replacement order to be dispatched to you.

We will not charge you for collection of the incorrect/damaged item(s) or for the delivery of the replacement item(s).

Any orders returned to us because we were supplied insufficient address details are subject to a re-delivery charge
